Learn how does a Luxembourger thinks!

In this first lesson I would like to make you realize, how a Luxembourger thinks in his language. To do this it is important that you familiarize yourself with the word by word translation.

When you understand how a Luxembourger thinks, you will be able to speak like a Luxembourger too.

Thanks to this step you will learn to speak Luxembourgish more fluently. So do not skip this step!

Here is how to do it:

* Print the text with the word by word translation!
* Have a text marker near you with the copy!
* Watch the video following the instructions!
* Create a playlist on your music application (Spotify, iMusic, etc..)
* Download the audio of the text into this playlist!
* (Eventually you should
open a DROPBOX account)
* Use the audio to listen to the text in a loop!
* Wait 3 hours to receive your next email to continue!

Hello,

I am Marco Glaesener and I will guide you through the lessons.

Welcome to this first lesson.

Print out each lesson for yourself! Always! It is important that you have the lesson in paper form in front of you.

You see here the text of the first lesson.

You see the Luxembourgish text and below is the word-for-word translation in your language, and also in another color.

My words here in this video are also translated word-for-word. Just accept that for now!

Okay! Let's start!

Read the text only in your language! Read the translation word-for-word! It may sound weird and funny. You are allowed to laugh about it.

Read this text as often as you want, always out loud! But at least ten times!

The way you read this text, a Luxembourgish person thinks.

See you in the next video.

If this method of studying Luxembourgish interests you, then continue the lessons by learning it independently.

Get to know the Text!

I guess you've read the translation word by word several times. Maybe you think it's not good English and you wonder if it's necessary to learn Luxembourgish!

When you learn Luxembourgish in a traditional way, then you might feel like you're "ridiculing" the English language by reading a word by word translation. On the other hand, if you want to speak Luxembourgish with almost no accent, I tell you that it's absolutely necessary.
The better you understand how Luxembourgish thinks, the better you'll speak Luxembourgish later! Anyway, you're learning Luxembourgish and not English.

To continue, follow these steps:
* Read this email!
* Prepare a text marker (if you haven't already)!
* Watch the video!
* Mark the words you didn't understand well as shown in the video (listen to the audio at the same time)!
* Wait for the next email that will come in an hour! I will show you a trick how to memorize the words you do not understand yet.

In an hour you will receive one last email for today. I will show you how to memorize the words (vocables) that you do not understand yet.

Do the exercises that I showed you in both emails for as long as you can until you understand the text! If there are some words that you do not understand well yet, use the trick that I show you in the next email to memorize them!

After that you listen to the audio at a low volume, but you can still hear it. Listen to the audio on repeat for the next few days! Do not pay attention to the text anymore when you listen to it! Watch TV, study something else, go jogging and all your daily work while listening to the audio in the background!

Video text

What we need now is the text with the word-by-word translation!

We need the text with the gaps later when activating the text, if necessary.

With this method we first familiarize ourselves with the text.

When we have understood the text well, we listen to this text unconsciously for a few days. After that we activate the text consciously.

I will show you in steps how it works.

First we discovered how a Luxembourgish person thinks.

Now we continue to try to understand the text.

To do this, listen to the Luxembourgish text but at the same time read the text in your language.

Now read the text again in your language at the same time as you listen to the Luxembourgish text!

This time mark the words that you do not understand well. But only mark the Luxembourgish words!

So listen to the text and read the text in your language! At least ten times!

See you in the next video!

How do you learn vocabulary?

I hope you enjoyed your first lesson without learning grammar.

What is very important now is to listen to the audio really many times unconsciously. Even during the night while sleeping! Put the volume low enough but that you can just hear the text! Then continue with your daily activities!

Someone said that you have to listen to a text a little more than 170 times to know it by heart.

Most of the audios of my lessons are less than 6 minutes. So in an hour you will have listened to them more than 10 times. And if you listen to them every day for 5 hours, you would be almost at that amount in 3 days.

Today you have read the text to understand it. In the next three days, try to listen to the text unconsciously at least five hours a day. But don't worry if one day you can't listen to it that long. Remember that you can listen to it also during the night while sleeping! It may even happen that the next day you will want to speak Luxembourgish. It may also happen that you feel a certain disorder in your head. Don't worry about that! Your unconsciousness will put it in order again in a few days.

If you have already paid, remember to click on the link in your confirmation email! You will be directed to a web page where you must indicate the email address to which you would like to receive your lessons. It is mandatory! This gesture will begin the process of sending your lessons.

If you have not yet paid, take full advantage of this lesson. Review the text! Understand it well! Take your time! Understand how you can learn independently!

Know that in the second lesson I will show you how you activate the text that you have understood! By activating the text again consciously you will understand the words of this text constantly. You will always remember.

This is the Vera Birkenbilhl method that I teach you. Normally you won't even need to learn the words. However, I show you in this video how you can memorize the words, but not only that! My goal is also to show you during my lessons tips and games that generally allow you to learn more effectively. Indeed, there are games that help you easily study calculations (mathematics), history, geography, etc.

Usually when you learn another language, it's easy at first. Then it becomes more and more difficult. With the Birkenbihl method, it's just the opposite! The beginning is hard and the material becomes easier and easier as you continue. We can say that you have already done the hardest part. The next lessons will seem easier and easier to you.

I'll stop my explanations now. If there are still words that you don't understand well in the text, learn them the way I show you in this video! You memorize them easily. I advise you not to study more than 15 words at a time at the beginning. But you can make two piles. It's more fun with two, even three (family!)!

Every time you manage to see the correct translation of the last word on the first sheet, you will feel a sense of victory! Studying can be fun! Go for it! Watch the video now!

Video content

Now I'll explain a trick that shows you how you can memorize words (words that you have marked in the text) that you don't know well yet.

To do this, take a few sheets of paper or cut out small sheets of the same size yourself.

- Write the first word that you don't know well on the first sheet!

- Write the translation of this word on the next sheet!

- Then put the translation of the word on the word that you don't know well!

- Now you write the next word that you don't know well on the back of the translation sheet!

- Continue in the same way until the last word that you don't know!

- To be able to write the translation of the last word, turn the pack over!

- Write the translation on the back of the first sheet!

- Now mix the sheets and put them in front of you with the Luxembourgish side up!

- Turn over any sheet!

- Look for the Luxembourgish translation of this word!

- Turn the translation sheet over and place it on the sheet with the word to be found!

- Continue looking for the translations of the other words in the same way, until the last word!

- If you did everything correctly, you will find the translation of this word by turning the pack over!

(Keep the sheets of the pack together with a paper clip so as not to mix them with other piles!)

It is very important that you familiarize yourself with the text. Listen to the audio and follow the text silently in your language! If there are words that you do not understand well, use the trick from the last email to memorize them!

After understanding the text well, we strongly advise you to continue listening to the audio unconsciously as often as possible!

Put the volume of the audio so low that you can hear it and barely understand it! Then continue to do all the daily tasks! Listen to the text even when you sleep!

That's all there is to it for now!

Wait 3 days now but listen to the audio!

See you soon.

Let's repeat the first lesson!

Welcome to the continuation of the first lesson!

We will continue right away!

In each video there is a small task to do! Do not continue until you have completed this task! This is important!

The text below the videos is not a word-for-word translation. It is to possibly better understand the words. After this email you should understand well how the Luxembourgish thinks. That is why this is the last time that there will be this additional translation.

The first video is a small repetition to activate the text.

Video translation

Welcome!

I will read this text again slowly.

Read it silently with me in your language!

...

Now listen to this video again!

This time close your eyes!

Try to understand the text!

Listen to the text for as long as you want with your eyes closed until you are sure you understand it!

(Of course, when you don't understand a word, you can cheat!)

See you soon.

In the next video you will have the opportunity to speak Luxembourgish!

Video translation

Here you go!

Now stand up!

Take your text and repeat the text out loud with me!

...

Repeat this as long as you want! The goal is to speak Luxembourgish almost without mistakes.

I explained to you that with this method, the beginning will be harder. For that I stay a long time with the first lesson.

The better you understand the text, the better you will understand the next ones!

And the lessons will become easier and easier to understand. You will see!

Ready for the next step?

You will have the opportunity to write Luxembourgish. And I will explain a tip on how to stay focused.

See you soon!

Finish your first lesson!

The text to fill in!

After repeating and listening to this text so often, you may now know it by heart!

You know it without really having learned it! Or do you?

Now you are learning to write Luxembourgish!

For this we can go back to traditional methods. You will find some in your book! If you do not have the book yet, you can order it here!

If you are not interested in learning to write Luxembourgish, you could skip this lesson! But I strongly advise you to also learn a little to write Luxembourgish. This language is becoming more and more popular. It would be a shame to be able to speak it but not write it. But it is your choice!

This video probably explains something to you about what you already know. Listen to it anyway! All the videos are in Luxembourgish. This will help you to hear Luxembourgish.

Useful tips:

Use the videos to evaluate your progress! Listen to them often! Especially the ones you do not understand well! Close your eyes to try to understand the text! Read the translation word by word while listening! This is to familiarize yourself with the Luxembourgish mentality! Do some research for a word you don't understand!

I know! I make you repeat often! But it's important!

On the other hand, you now know how to repeat unconsciously. Use audio very often in the background! These are repetitions that we don't notice!

Many people have trouble concentrating. Fortunately for them there are tips or techniques that can help them. In this video I present the Pomodoro technique.

Read on in three days!

The figure Eight

This 2nd lesson is actually the first lesson of the book "Schwätzt Dir Lëtzebuergesch? A1"

My first lesson is more of an introduction to this method.

But with the words you learned in the previous lesson you will probably understand this lesson better.

That's right! I make you do a lot of repetitions. But I think that the way you do these repetitions now are more enjoyable to do (videos, texts, audios, repeating unconsciously).

You have also understood that the lessons are composed of two parts, or even three parts.

In the first part you familiarize yourself with the text. Then you listen to the text for three days unconsciously.

In the second part you take the text out of the unconscious. This is done by rereading the text aloud at the same time as the audio and by doing other exercises that I will show you again. In this way you will speak like a Luxembourger.

We can even say that there is a third part in which you write the text. For this the exercises in the book help a lot.

1) Before starting, I suggest you do the lying figure eight exercise to improve your concentration.

It is a small 5-minute exercise! You only need a DIN A4 sheet and a pencil or a pen. This exercise can be fun and activates both halves of the brain. You will stay focused for a few hours. Try it!

If you like this game and want to play it regularly, you can also buy this game on Amazon (in German)!

I no longer translate the text of the videos into your language. I would like you to get used to the word-by-word translation in the video.

There you go! Let's continue with the second lesson!

2) Download the audio and text! There will be 24 audio and texts! Save them on your computer or cloud so that you can find them easily!

3) First read the text in your language without audio to familiarize yourself with the way a Luxembourgish person thinks!

4) After reading the text in your language several times, watch this video! And read the text silently in your language while listening to the Luxembourgish text! At the same time, try to understand the words!

Do the exercise in the video several times! Your subconscious memorizes the Luxembourgish pronunciation this way!

Good! Now continue with the next video in this email!

5) Find and manifest the words you don't understand well!

6) Here is the video again to memorize the words! Use only the words you have marked in the text!

7) Listen to the audio of this lesson passively on a loop for the next three days!

See you soon!

Yes! Speak Luxembourgish!

- Do the lying figure eight exercise for 5 minutes!
- Set your Timer to 25 minutes to remind yourself to take a 5-minute break! You can do this up to 4 times in a row. But I think you will only need 2 or 3 sessions. This is the Pomodoro technique! With these two exercises (lying figure eight and Pomodoro technique) you will boost your concentration!
- Now watch the first video and first read the text in your language with me!
- Then read the Luxembourgish text out loud with me! Do this several times! Each time you will speak better!

After repeating the text with me at least 6 times, you are ready for the second part of this lesson.

Take your text with the missing words from this lesson and start filling it in!
You will see that it is easy! You know the text almost by heart now.

Now I present you a game with which you can study almost every subject of the school.

Unfortunately this game currently only exists in German. But I find this game so powerful that I would like everyone to be able to enjoy it. For this I have translated the rules of the game into English. You can download them from the button below!

If you want to buy this game, do so by clicking on the button below!

Ready for the 3rd lesson?

You have studied two lessons so far. Maybe you have understood how to learn Luxembourgish! Maybe you have understood the system!

It is true that you will always have to do the same steps:

- Take a text and understand the way of thinking of a Luxembourgish person by reading the translation word by word!

- Listen to the text by following the translation word by word to understand the text!

- Identify words that are difficult to understand by crossing out these Luxembourgish words with a colored text marker!

- Reread the text until you understand!

- Listen to the text unconsciously for days!

- Activate the text by reading the text with me (in video or audio) several times!

- Write Luxembourgish by doing the exercises in the book! (if you only want to speak Luxembourgish, you do not need to do this step! But I recommend that you do them anyway!)

So this procedure is repeated in each lesson. The more texts you understand, the more Luxembourgish words you know! Luxembourgish becomes easier and easier to learn!

My goal is not only to teach you Luxembourgish. I also want to show you techniques to study effectively. If you are a student you can use these tips for your studies. If you are a parent you can show them to your children. They will probably want to go to school more and their grades will improve!

Ok! Let's start today with the lying figure eight for 5 minutes! Then watch the video below! I will explain the rally game again. You can buy this game by clicking on the button.

Take your time while watching the video! Read the translation word by word! If I speak too fast, then slow down the speed of the video! In this video I speak more or less normally, with all the mistakes that a Luxembourger could make when explaining something. But you will understand the words since it is a word by word translation.

Have fun!

Good! Now we come to the lesson itself!

- Download the PDF and audio of the third lesson!

- Read the text silently in your language at the same time as I read the text in Luxembourgish in the video!

- Mark the Luxembourgish words that you do not understand well!

- Do this exercise several times, until you understand the Luxembourgish text!

That's it! All that remains is to listen to the audio on repeat for the next three days!

I did not tell you what you can do during the three days between the activation of the text and the next lesson. You have the choice:

- Continue listening to the audio on repeat!

- Watch the videos again and play with the speed! Read the translation word by word at the same time! It can be fun!

- Familiarize yourself with the games that I presented to you! The material for some of the games you have at home. For others it's better to buy the game to enjoy it fully!

- Sometimes it's good to rest your brain!

See you in three days.

Let's get the text out of the unconscious!

Here are the steps to follow:

  • Do the lying figure eight exercise!

  • Watch the first video in this email again! Stand up and read the text out loud in Luxembourgish with me! Several times!

  • Do the exercises that follow the text (video 2 in this lesson)!

  • Take your time!

Write now!

In the next video, I present you another very interesting educational game.

Like the lying figure eight, this exercise helps you stay focused. Play this game in the morning before going to school and you will be attentive all morning! This is not a joke! And that's not all!

You learn to calculate faster from memory! If you or your child has been diagnosed with Dyscalculia, then this game was designed for you! Plus, it's fun!

Watch the video now!

During the next three days, keep listening to the audio or watch my videos again! Understand the lyrics! Try to repeat Luxembourgish with me! If I speak too fast or too slow, change the speed of the video! That can be fun too!

If you bought the rally game, discover what else you can study with it. While playing!

See you soon!

Let's continue!

Before starting the lesson, do something again for your concentration!

- Watch the first video!

- Play the game Speedolino Klassik for 5 minutes!

- If you haven't received the game yet, play the lying figure eight for 5 minutes!

Now let's continue as usual!

- Download the PDF and audio of lesson 4!

- Just read the text in your language several times!

- Listen to the audio and read at the same time in your language several times!

- With a text marker mark the words that you don't know yet in Luxembourgish!

- Listen to the audio and read the text in Luxembourgish! But for each word marked you go down to read the corresponding word in your language! Do this several times!

In the next video I show you how to read the text with the marked words. Read each marked word in your language!

Either repeat the text as shown in the previous video until you understand the marked words, or learn the words with the learning rally game!

Listen to the audio unconsciously for three days!

Let's activate lesson 4!

  • First play the game Speedolino Klassik to stay attentive!

  • Read the Luxembourgish text several times at the same time as me! Use the following video or audio for this!

  • Now use the sheets that follow the text!

  • Write the missing words in the text!

  • Do all the exercises in the book that correspond!

Until next time watch all the videos again, especially the ones with the word-by-word translation! If you understand the text, repeat it at the same time as me! You can change the speed.

Also play with the games you bought! It is not necessary to use them only for the Luxembourgish course!

Ready for lesson 5?

I think you have understood now how to proceed. From this email you will start to study even more independently. You will only have the PDFs and audio concerning the lessons. You now know how to use them. The videos now show you exercises or learning methods!
Here are the steps to follow:

  • Play the game Speedolino Klassik for 5 minutes to stay attentive!

  • Watch the next video! I will ask you questions that are related to the 4 previous lessons. Answer in Luxembourgish and out loud! Take your time!

  • If you have had problems answering the questions in the video, then review the text of the lesson concerned. You will probably have to listen to the text of this lesson one or two more days unconsciously! If you have understood everything: Congratulations! Continue!

  • Download the PDF and audio of the 5th lesson!

  • Read the text in your language several times to familiarize yourself with the thinking of a Luxembourgish person!

  • Listen to the audio and follow the text in your language at the same time!

  • Mark the words you didn't understand well!

  • If you want, you can learn these words with the rally game.

See you in three days!

Let's finish lesson 5!

  • Play the Speedolino Klassik game for 5 minutes!

  • Use the Pomodoro technique today! Read this article again that explains the Pomodoro technique! Then set the Timer to 25 minutes! 25-5-25-5-25-5-25-30

  • Listen to the text and follow along in Luxembourgish out loud! Stand up for this! Do this exercise several times!

  • Write the missing words on the sheets that follow the text!

  • Do the exercises from the relevant lesson in the book!

Today I would like to introduce you to the ABC lists!

Why do you need ABC lists?

Vera F. Birkenbihl said that there is no better way to find solutions than to think creatively.

We can use these lists for Luxembourgish too. Write down all the verbs that come to mind, then the nouns, adjectives, etc.! For today, look for these words for three minutes! Next time, use only one minute for this!

You can easily create these lists yourself.

I explain in the video how you use these lists! In Luxembourgish, of course! Find out if you understand everything!

If you use these lists every day for different topics, it could be embarrassing to create or print these lists. For this, my trainer created ABC blocks to organize our lists and to save us time.

So if you plan to use these lists often (which I recommend), you can buy them by clicking on the button! (Only in German)

Now that changes!

Until now you received the text with the word-by-word translation. Well, that's over now!

When you download the PDF, you will notice that the word-by-word translation is no longer included! This means that you will have to do this translation yourself.

To do this, make sure that each translated word is exactly below the corresponding word!

Use a dictionary or Google translator or another translation tool to look up the words in your language!

Doing the word-by-word translation yourself has the advantage that you already memorize the words by looking them up and you unconsciously learn the grammar! If one day you are interested in Luxembourgish grammar, you will understand it more easily!

Take your time to follow these steps:

  • Play the Speedolino Klassik game for 5 minutes to stay attentive!

  • Take a minute to use the ABC list! Theme: all the Luxembourgish words you know.

  • Download the PDF and the audio! Print the PDFs!

  • Read the text once to see what you understand!

  • Write the translation of the words you already know below the corresponding words! I think you already know a lot of them.

  • Look for the other words in a dictionary or Google translator or similar! Write these words below the corresponding words!

  • Read your translation!

  • Listen to the audio and read your translation at the same time!

  • Listen to the audio and read at the same time in Luxembourgish! The second time you mark the Luxembourgish words that you have difficulty understanding!

  • You can learn the words you marked with the rally game.

  • Listen to the text during the next three days as often as possible!

Let's activate the 6th lesson!

You have already done this process five times and the sixth time it also looks the same.

  • Play the Speedolino Klassik game to be attentive!

  • Stand up and read the text of the 6th lesson out loud while listening to the audio! Several times!

  • Fill in the sheets after the text with the missing words and do the corresponding exercises in the book!

During the next three days, you can use the ABC list for something other than Luxembourgish.

Write down the keywords that come to mind for the following themes: animals, countries, cities, dinosaurs, hairstyles, clothes, ....

For each theme, set the Timer to one minute only!

ABC lists are also very good when you want to brainstorm. The subject will be the theme and take only one minute for it! If you do this at the beginning of a meeting with all the participants, you will already have a lot of ideas ... after only one minute! So your meetings can be more effective! Try it!

Let's go to lesson 7!

Follow these steps again:

  • Play the Speedolino Klassik game to be attentive!

  • Use the Pomodoro technique! Set the timer to 25 minutes!

  • Download the PDF and audio of lesson 7! Print the PDF!

  • Translate the text word by word! First you write the words you already know under the corresponding words, then you look for the other words on Google-translator or similar!

  • Listen to the audio and read your translation at the same time!

  • Listen to the audio and read the Luxembourgish text at the same time!

  • Mark the words you don't know well yet!

  • You can learn these words with the rally game.

  • Listen to the audio as often as possible in the next three days!

Let's continue with lesson 7!

  • Play the game Speedolino Klassik for five minutes to stay attentive!

  • Stand up! Listen to the audio and read the text in Luxembourgish with it! Several times!

  • Fill in the sheets that follow the text with the missing words and do the corresponding exercises from the book!

  • Watch the video and answer the questions in Luxembourgish!

In my short article I describe another tip to be generally more focused. Do it for the next three days and feel the difference!

Already the 8th lesson!

We are really making progress. Have you noticed?

Do you realize that you have learned a lot already? The words and sentences that you understand, the way a Luxembourgish person thinks and speaks that are starting to be familiar to you?

Do you already dare to speak Luxembourgish in public? No? Then do it today! Be confident! Speak Luxembourgish with your Luxembourgish friends! Tell them that you really want to speak to them in Luxembourgish! Speak Luxembourgish at the checkouts in supermarkets and all other stores!

It may be that after a few sentences you will speak your language again. But you will notice that people respect you because you try.

Ok! Let's continue! Do the following steps:

  • Play the Speedolino Klassik game to stay attentive!

  • Use the Pomodoro technique! Set the Timer to 25 minutes!

  • Download the PDF and audio of the 8th lesson! Print the PDF!

  • Translate the text word by word with the help of Google-translator or other!

  • Read your translation several times!

  • Listen to the audio and read your translation at the same time!

  • Listen to the audio and read Luxembourgish at the same time! Several times!

  • Mark the Luxembourgish words that you do not understand well yet!

  • Learn these words with the rally game!

  • Listen to the audio the next few days unconsciously!

Mind mapping is a very powerful learning tool. This method is often underestimated! If you do not know it, then learn it and use it to familiarize yourself! You will have a better view of a theme and the theme will be much better structured.

Read my article!

And we continue!

Continue with the following steps:

  • Play the Speedolino Klassik game!

  • Stand up and listen to the audio! Read the Luxembourgish text out loud at the same time! Several times!

  • Fill in the sheets that follow the text with the missing words!

  • Do the exercises from the book!

Have you already familiarized yourself with mind mapping?

Try listening to the news and make a mind map of each article! Try to follow the one who gives the news!

To do this, write the theme of the article in the circle! Then try to hear the subcategories and write them also in capital letters on the branches! Then you can write the rest against the respective branches!

It's true that it takes a little time to get used to making notes this way! But by practicing with the news articles on TV you learn very quickly! We will then be able to follow speakers or even the teacher or professor at school. Often the notes written in mind mapping are better structured than those of the speaker.

Of course you will have to be a little prepared. My trainer has created blank mind mapping blocks for this. These are 50-sheet blocks. You will be able to make a lot of notes. This learning method is important and it is important to master it. That is why I recommend that you get at least one of these blocks. (Only in German)

See you in three days!

It's already the 9th lesson!

Follow these steps:

  • Play the Speedolino Klassik game to stay attentive!

  • Use the Pomodoro technique! Set the timer to 25 minutes!

  • Download the PDF and audio of the 8th lesson! Print the PDF!

  • Translate the text word by word with the help of Google-translator or similar!

  • Read your translation several times!

  • Listen to the audio and read your translation at the same time!

  • Listen to the audio and read Luxembourgish at the same time! Several times!

  • Mark the Luxembourgish words that you don't understand well yet!

  • Learn these words with the rally game!

  • Listen to the audio unconsciously for the next few days!

You can also use mind mapping to prepare a speech.

To do this, write the topic of your speech in capital letters in the circle in the middle! You can also add a picture!

Think about the points you want to talk about and write them in key words in capital letters on the branches!

Now write on each branch in key words, how you want to describe each point!

Add more images and color the branches, etc.! And that's it!

Thanks to this technique you will be able to give your speech freely and without reading it!

Let's tackle lesson 9 again!

  • Play the Speedolino Klassik game to stay attentive!

  • Stand up and read the text out loud while listening to the audio!

  • Do the exercises behind the text and those in the book!

  • Watch the video and answer the questions in Luxembourgish!

Do you know how to organize your independent learning of your studies? Do you know how to do it?

Read my article!

Make a learning plan! It's worth it! Try it!

Thanks to mind mapping, you can also manage your time! (only in German)

It's lesson 10!

Follow these steps:

  • Play the Speedolino Klassik game to stay attentive!

  • Use the Pomodoro technique! Set the Timer to 25 minutes!

Now I present to you a therapeutic game for closed children! You will now have some reading when I translate the description and the functioning of this powerful and unique therapeutic game by Jens Voigt (only in German, but the use is done in all languages):

Description

Therapy game: Door Opener

Preliminary remarks
Are you a trainer, coach, teacher, mom or dad? Then you may know this situation:
Something is wrong with the child. Something is bothering them, but they won't come out with it. Is they stubborn? Does they just not want to talk to an adult? Does they lack trust?
But maybe they can't express their worries at all, because they are not on a rational level, but somewhere much deeper. There are simply no words for it. They look at you helplessly and just shrug their shoulders.
But in order to find out where you should start to help the child, we need communication, don't we?
But the children's worries, their helplessness, their frustration, their fears are there. But who likes to talk about them? The reasons can be so varied: bullying, blackmail, child abuse, stress at home or at school, fear of failure are unfortunately part of everyday life in our schools.

That was the reason for developing the Door Opener game. I needed something to get children to talk.
But the direct route didn't seem suitable. So I wanted to develop a game that circumvents verbal (blocked) communication.

Few rules
Not all the pieces have to be used.
Problems should only be placed with the white side, goals, wishes and dreams with the gold side.

Step-by-step procedure (suggestion)
Step 1 Getting used to it

Here you have to estimate for yourself how long this phase should last. I don't recommend going to step 2 too early.
First I ask the child to place something with the white pieces and I have to guess what it is. Of course, I then deliberately act a little clumsy and "don't even realize that there is a house in front of me".

When I have guessed, I let the child guess my picture. We simply play together by placing pictures.

Then we move on to placing an animal. The child is enjoying it more and more because it seems that they have nothing to fear. It becomes a very relaxed atmosphere. Little by little I move on to the topic of school. Here too, non-binding topics can be discussed. For example, pictures on the classroom wall.

Step 2 Identify concerns
At an appropriate time, however, I move on unnoticed to a topic where there may be problems.
Perhaps in math class. “Put a picture: ….. and the math problems”
The child still doesn’t have to talk about it. Put the hands together, try things out, move them back and forth. At the end there is a picture.

“You have to explain to me what all this means. Where are you in your picture?”
And so far I have always received an answer and we were able to get into the actual topic.

Problems are described, sometimes hopelessness, frustration, anger, feeling unfairly treated, inferiority complexes, negative beliefs, fears,
sadness that the friend is now studying at a different school... break out massively

Step 3 What needs to improve? Who needs to change? What needs to be done?

Now the golden side of the tiles comes into play. This is used to create a desired image. This image is usually much more symmetrical and harmonious.

After that, let them talk about it, ask why to reinforce the wish.

"Take a look inside. What would it be like if everything turned out so well?"

"What would have to change to achieve this goal?"

"Who would have to change?"

"What would you have to do differently to achieve this goal?"

Possible variations

You can also use the tiles in a constellation. Lay out figures, maybe even include name tags.

Here again, have a school situation created with different actors.
Take a look inside each person. What do they feel? What is she thinking?

The change in perspective that is created often has a resolving effect. Or at least sets a new way of thinking in motion.
Individual people could be shown elevated - several tiles on top of each other indicate the importance of a person. Authorities are shown.
Or you can just let your imagination run wild and have a fun game of guessing pictures.

Good luck using our door opener.
I would be very happy to hear about your experiences.

Best wishes
Jens Voigt

  • Learn these words with the rally game!

  • Listen to the audio the next few days unconsciously!

The following is a translation from the German language. These are Jens Voigt's explanations! Some words may not fit in your language!

Many of my clients think that when they see one of my mind maps, ah - you can see the handwriting from before Vera F. Birkenbihl, but in their head they have the colorful KAWAs that she liked to draw. They differ significantly from mind maps. A KAWA is for mind games, searching for associations and tapping into the subconscious, while my mind maps represent structured knowledge.

What does KAWA actually mean?
KAWA according to Birkenbihl is an acronym and means: Creative Performance of Word Associations. But KAWA is easier to remember. Hence the name. You can make KAWAs on any topic that interests you.

How does a KAWA work and why does this technology work so well?
First, write the topic in big letters in the middle. By the way, I always take the sheet aside. In our mind map template ring block, the KAWAs are drawn on the left white side. Now let your thoughts wander and think about what comes to mind about the term and what is important to write. The tricky thing is that what is written has to start with one of the letters in the middle. The smaller the term, the fewer letters you have and the more you have to think. Here, it is the lack of letters that allows you to think about a topic more intensively than an ABC list. The goal should be to find a suitable term for each letter.

Assuming you want to create a KAWA about your best friend Eva, you only have the three letters. However, you can take it multiple times.
Maybe E stands for elegant, successful, eloquent, for V you find her trustworthy, crazy and in love and for A you associate her with an idiot and a bachelor.
If your best friend had been called Hannelore, you would of course have had more letters to use.
I often write in KAWA form at meetings. It keeps you in a good mood, even if a meeting is unimportant or boring. And you get it all. Below you can see some of my KAWA.

What are KAGAS?
You are more likely to find KAWA in our online shop. Sometimes they also have graphics on them, so that they sometimes look quite similar to a KAGA.
The G in the name comes from graphics, which means that drawing is used here, especially symbolically. People who say they can't draw can do so after a little practice. We highly recommend Betty Edwards' book: "Guaranteed to Learn to Draw". Maybe you can imagine how you should graphically represent a proverb. By the way, it could also be a game: someone draws and the other has to guess the saying. This is practice. The advantage here is that you have to think about a topic in a completely new way.

What is interesting is that if you repeatedly create KAWA or KAGA on a topic, the associations change over time and you delve deeper into the topic. I also use this technique as a creative technique, it is really fun.

Where do I need these creative KAWA techniques?
30% of my lecture and meeting notes are KAWA.

I have worked on a number of proverbs with it. You can find them on my YouTube channel.

My students create them on all sorts of topics. In the memo they make, a KAWA is even mandatory.

When I talk on the phone, I often write in KAWA form and then send our colorful conversation minutes to the completely astonished participant. It makes an impression.

How to create a KAWA!

Let's finish lesson 11 first:

  • Play the Speedolino Klassik game to stay attentive!

  • Stand up and read the Luxembourgish text of lesson 11 while you listen to it!

  • Fill in the sheets after the lesson with the missing words!

  • Do the corresponding exercises from the book!

Watch this video to understand how to create a KAWA!

You can make one with any keyword! Try it! It's fun and increases your creativity!

Do you know how to read a Mind Map?

We are halfway through the course!

This course has 24 lessons. With this 12th lesson we are halfway through.

Until now you have already learned a lot of Luxembourgish words without really learning them! Maybe some lessons were harder than others! But you have made progress and the hardest part is behind you.

From this lesson on, there will be no more sheets to fill in with missing words! You will only have the text and the audio. To activate the text, you now only use the exercises from the book.

You have probably already noticed: each following lesson becomes easier to study! It's beautiful, isn't it?

Now follow these steps again:

  • Play the Speedolino Klassik game to stay attentive!

  • Use the Pomodoro technique! Set the Timer to 25 minutes!

  • Download the PDF and the audio of the 12th lesson! Print the PDF!

  • Translate the text word by word with the help of Google-translator or other!

  • Read your translation several times!

  • Listen to the audio and read your translation at the same time!

  • Listen to the audio and read the Luxembourgish at the same time! Several times!

  • Mark the Luxembourgish words that you do not understand well yet!

  • Learn these words with the rally game!

  • Listen to the audio the next few days unconsciously!

It is not easy to prepare for a test. In this video I show you how to do it!

At the same time I explain to you how to read a Mind Map. Thanks to this technique you can easily read the Mind Maps of others. To reread your own Mind Maps becomes child's play!

For effective learning!

For the 12th time!

And we're still moving forward!

Activate the text now by following these steps:

  • Play the Speedolino Klassik game!

  • Stand up, listen to the audio of the text and read it aloud at the same time! Several times!

  • Answer the questions in the video (includes lessons 10 to 12) in Luxembourgish and aloud!

  • Do the corresponding exercises from the book!

Since you now know how to learn Luxembourgish, isn't it a good idea to learn the Luxembourgish text that interests you the most?

To do this, avoid the Luxembourgish texts that you find in chats and comments on Facebook and others! Instead, take a book that interests you, in Luxembourgish, from a bookstore! There are more and more of them! These texts contain no or very few spelling mistakes.

Choose a theme from the book that you want to understand! If the text is too large, do it in several small passages!

Write the text yourself on a sheet of paper! Make sure there is enough space between the words for the word-by-word translation below each word!

Ask a Luxembourgish speaker to read the Luxembourgish text and record it! You may have to pay for this service. But it will be worth it!

Then proceed as for each lesson!

Yes! We learn Luxembourgish in a different way. But as you have seen: it is effective and fun!

How to memorize the 12 cantons of Luxembourg?

Now we change strategy slightly!

Thanks to the vocabulary you learned in the previous lessons, you understand a large part of the text. It no longer makes sense for you to translate and write the entire text in your language. It is enough to translate only the unknown words.

While reading the Luxembourgish text you move on to each unknown word on your translation of the word! This way you will learn these words in a brain-friendly way. After a few repetitions you will no longer need the translation because you will have understood!

Now follow these steps:

  • Play the Speedolino Klassik game!

  • Print the PDF!

  • Translate only the words you do not know yet on Google translator or other! Write this word below the respective word!

  • Listen to the audio and read the text in Luxembourgish at the same time! For each word you don't know yet, you read the word translated into your language, then you continue the text in Luxembourgish!

  • Do this several times until you understand the text!

  • Listen to the audio unconsciously while doing all your daily tasks as often as possible!

In this video I explain how to memorize the 12 cantons of Luxembourg.

You will even see how to memorize which district the cantons belong to.

Use this technique as often as possible and perfect it to your needs! This technique is suitable for studying geography and history and much more!

Second part of lesson 13!

Follow these steps:

  • Play the Speedolino Klassik game to stay attentive!

  • Stand up and read the text out loud along with the audio! Several times!

  • Do the exercises that correspond in the book!

When we sleep, our subconscious digests everything we have learned during the day.

When we take many breaks, we study better and concentrate more!

It's proven: rest is important!

The next three days, do yourself some good! If it's a weekend, take an excursion! Otherwise go to the sauna! Go for a walk! Or do none of that! It's up to you to choose to please yourself!

Let your mind rest!

END OF REST! CONTINUE LESSON 14

Follow these steps:

  • Play the Speedolino Klassik game!

  • Print the PDF!

  • Translate only the words you don't know yet on Google translator or similar! Write this word below the respective word!

  • Listen to the audio and read the text in Luxembourgish at the same time! For each word you don't know yet, read the word translated into your language, then continue the text in Luxembourgish!

  • Do this several times until you understand the text!

  • Listen to the audio unconsciously while doing all your daily tasks as often as possible!

I fall asleep when I read. And when I listen to a speaker, my eyes become heavy and I want to close them.

Does this happen to you too?

Then try to read faster! The speed reading technique can help you a lot. Read my short article on this subject!

When listening to a recording, increase the speed to 1.5 or 1.75! This will force you to concentrate and you will understand better.

Do you know the photo reading?

Follow these steps:

  • Play the game Speedolino Klassik!

  • Print the PDF!

  • Translate only the words you do not know yet on Google translator or similar! Write this word below the respective word!

  • Listen to the audio and read the text in Luxembourgish at the same time! For each word you do not know yet, you read the word translated in your language, then you continue the text in Luxembourgish!

  • Do this several times until you understand the text well!

  • Listen to the audio unconsciously as often as possible while doing all your daily tasks!

For those who have to read and understand a lot of reports, newspapers, articles, etc. every day, photo reading is a must.

With this technique you can find key words from a large text in a few seconds. Also you will have a very good understanding of the text at the same time.

This technique requires some practice. But it's worth it if you have to read a lot every day because of your job.

In any case, it's worth learning!

Remember with Mnemonic Techniques!

Follow these steps:

  • Play the Speedolino Klassik game to stay attentive!

  • Stand up and read the text out loud along with the audio!

  • Do the exercises from the book!

Get familiar with Mnemonic Techniques!

You will be able to memorize really everything! These techniques promote creativity and are fun to work with.

Read my article!

Repeat the study material with system!

Follow these steps:

  • Play the Speedolino Klassik game!

  • Print the PDF!

  • Translate only the words you don't know yet on Google translator or similar! Write this word below the respective word!

  • Listen to the audio and read the text in Luxembourgish at the same time! For each word you don't know yet, you read the word translated into your language, then you continue the text in Luxembourgish!

  • Do this several times until you understand the text well!

  • Listen to the audio unconsciously as often as possible while doing all your daily tasks!

It is important to repeat the study material!

From now on repeat with system! Thanks to a reminder buffer!

You can buy it by clicking on the button below! It is in German but for this article the language is not an obstacle!

Here is the description translated into your language:

The Never Forget Machine

When and how often did your learning material have to be repeated in order to be permanently stored in your students' minds?

I'll tell you: exactly 6 times – but at very precise intervals.

In order not to lose track, we have developed a reminder stamp.

It's as simple as this:
Put a stamp under the material to be learned, write the date, keep a checklist and have the learning material available at all times.
Well, assuming your students are eager to learn.

Contents:

Stamp for repetition at the right time
Ink stamp
Linen bag

How to memorize the coat of arms of Esch with their cities!

First do these steps:

  • Play the game Speedolino Klassik to stay attentive!

  • Stand up and read the Luxembourgish text along with the audio!

  • Do the exercises from the book!

In the next video I show you how you can memorize the coat of arms of the cities of the canton of Esch.

Maybe you will want to learn the coats of arms of the cities of the other cantons? Then do it!

Remember that almost everything works faster when you take the time!

How to correct a test!

Almost everywhere in the world, children are tested on their skills through written tests!

These tests focus on the mistakes that children write. So when the teacher notices a
mistake, he underlines it in red so that the child sees that he made this mistake. Sometimes he circles the mistake so that the child can see that it is his mistake!

Almost in all schools, examiners correct children in this way for the tests they write. But is it the right way?

I suppose that you were corrected in the same way when you were still at school (or are currently corrected in this way if you are still at school). How did you feel or how do you feel when you see all your mistakes in red in front of you? Does it motivate you or does it demoralize you? Do you feel smart or stupid? Do you like to see your mistakes underlined, circled and crossed out in red or do you hate to see it?

If you are a teacher, try not to use the color red in a test anymore! Focus on the child's correct words, expressions, answers, etc.! And underline and/or circle them in ...
green! Show the children what they did really well! Congratulate them for it! Tell the children that they can have the whole test in green, if they want! That's it!

Imagine that you receive your test back and you see lots of words, expressions, answers, etc. underlined and/or circled in
green, with remarks like: Bravo ... Super ... Perfect ... Excellent ... etc.! How will you feel? I think you will feel like someone who has value. You will be more confident. You will see the spaces that are not colored in green and you will know that this is where there is still work to be done. You will want to improve and you will probably also be grateful that there is someone there who will see your value.

If you are a parent and your child shows you his test with a lot of remarks in red, then try to ignore the red and focus on the other passages. Praise your child for the efforts he has made and show him what he has done correctly! Maybe you could see the teacher and explain the green method! Maybe he will be open to this method!

If we know that everyone makes mistakes, we can focus on the valuable things!

Let's finish lesson 17!

  • Play the Speedolino Klassik game to stay attentive!

  • Stand up and read the Luxembourgish text at the same time as the audio!

  • Do the exercises in the book!

Let's stay with the test corrections! Or rather with the dictation corrections! It's detective work!

For teachers:

- When you correct a test, do not underline or cross out anything!

- Take a pen of any color (except red)!

- Analyze each line and count the errors!

- Write behind each line the number of errors in that line!

- Tell the children that they are detectives and they have to find the errors in each line!

- They can use the real text. Alternatively, they can search for it on the internet or elsewhere (this is suggested for tests other than dictations).

In this way, children discover the mistakes they have made themselves. It is very likely that they will not make the same mistakes again.

Plus, it is fun.

For parents:

When you practice with your child for a dictation, proceed in the same way!

Multiplication with your fingers!

  • Listen to the audio unconsciously as often as possible while doing all your daily tasks!

Now let's take a trip to primary school!

When a child calculates with his fingers, we tend to forbid him from doing so and we prevent him from using his fingers. What a shame! Because it is precisely by using his fingers that a child learns calculations better. He learns with his eyes and with touch. As soon as a child uses several senses, he learns better and it is even more fun.

Please, do not prevent a child from calculating with his fingers! It is an effective learning method. Later, when the child has understood the calculations well, he will no longer need his fingers and will stop by himself.

There are books for calculating with fingers. (in French)

In fact, you can even calculate faster by using your fingers! I demonstrate this in this video with multiplication with 9.

Let's draw the multiplication facts!

Follow these steps:

  • Play the Speedolino Klassik game!

  • Stand up and read the text along with the audio!

  • Do the exercises from the book!

Let's stay in elementary school!

Let's draw the multiplication facts!

To do this, draw circles and write the numbers around them from 0 to 9!

Each multiplication has its own drawing! This way the children visualize the multiplication facts and will be able to tell which drawing corresponds to which multiplication fact.

Watch this video!

Increase your child's creativity!

Follow these steps:

  • Play the game Speedolino Klassik!

  • Print the PDF!

  • Translate only the words you don't know yet on Google translator or similar! Write this word below the respective word!

  • Listen to the audio and read the text in Luxembourgish at the same time! For each word you don't know yet, you read the word translated in your language, then you continue the text in Luxembourgish!

  • Do this several times until you understand the text well!

  • Listen to the audio unconsciously as often as possible while doing all your daily tasks!

The game mentioned below increases children's creativity and they also have fun.

This educational game is only available in German from the Voigt family. Here is the translated description:

GIGI GIANT, gigantic bricks for pure creativity

Easy to fold: a little help from an adult may be necessary.

But then we start playing right away. There are no limits to your imagination. A great game for young and old. For one person alone at home or for an entire after-school/daycare group

60 gigantic building blocks for pure creativity

Every family with small children knows it: the box in the toy packaging is usually even more exciting than the toy itself. You can use it to build a house, a bridge or...
What if this material were created so that you could build anything with it?
That's what now exists. We discovered it at the Spielemasse in Nuremberg, at a Latvian trade fair stand, and were immediately won over by the enthusiasm of the employees.

The pictures on the packaging serve as illustrative material.
Contents: 60 building blocks, 50 double building blocks (20 cm x 10 cm x 10 cm) and 10 single building blocks (10 cm x 10 cm x 10 cm).

Here are great building materials for really big ideas. With GIGI BLOKS building blocks, you can build almost anything. Give children the opportunity!

Have children create fortresses, castles, ships or dragons. Let the child explore their own imagination and be proud of their own creativity.
With GIGI Bloks building blocks, the joy of discovery and design arises.
The reason why children love GIGI BLOKS building blocks so much is not the shape, but the purpose of the toy. It is the endless possibilities that a child can create correctly with their own imagination. Children's imagination is the most fascinating, interesting, beautiful and imaginative thing.
The basic elements of GIGI Bloks include play, learning and physical activities. The child can paint and write on the building blocks, play through endless scenarios and change the design of the scene at any time.

He has the opportunity to do everything as he imagined and wanted. Let your creativity run wild and never end the fun.

How does it work?
Easy to fold: adult assistance is required.
Please do not use outdoors: these building blocks are not waterproof or fireproof.

The pictures on the packaging are for illustration purposes only.

Contents: 60 building blocks, 50 double building blocks (20 cm x 10 cm x 10 cm) and 10 single building blocks (10 cm x 10 cm x 10 cm).

They are stable for playing, but not suitable for sitting or standing.

Hands-on math!

There are only 5 lessons left.

Follow these steps:

  • Play the Speedolino Classic game!

  • Stand up and read the text along with the audio!

  • Do the exercises in the book!

Today I present you with a creative game that encourages math. Here is the translation of the description:

SumBlox Set - wooden blocks in the shape of numbers

Understanding numbers in the truest sense of the word. The 10 is the same size as two fives. The nine is the same size as a five and a four combined. Brilliant.

Description
SumBlox Set Basic - 43 large wooden blocks in the shape of numbers

CHILDREN LEARN MATHEMATICS AND NUMBERS ALL BY THEMSELVES:

SumBlox wooden blocks are as tall as the number they represent. If you stack the 2 on top of the 3, the stack is as high as the 5.

CHILDREN CAN CHECK THEIR RESULTS ALL BY THEMSELVES:

If the stacks are the same height, the values are the same. Every child understands that!

TEACHERS AND EDUCATORS LOVE SUMBLOX:

More and more educators are enthusiastic about SumBlox because they can see every day how children blossom mathematically.

GREAT NEW OPPORTUNITY FOR CHILDREN WITH DISABILITIES IN MATHEMATICS AND DYSCALCULIA:

Children with learning difficulties are offered a new, much more concrete approach to mathematics.

Keyword: Numbers in love can be brilliantly represented here:
5+5 is just as high as 6+4 or 2+8

• 43 building blocks made of solid beech wood consisting of:
• Ten 1 stones
• Four building blocks each of the numbers: 2,3,4,5,6,7,8 and 9
• One 10 building block1
• Practice card

A therapeutic game

Follow these steps:

  • Play the Speedolino Klassik game!

  • Print the PDF!

  • Translate only the words you don't know yet on Google translator or similar! Write this word below the respective word!

  • Listen to the audio and read the text in Luxembourgish at the same time! For each word you don't know yet, you read the word translated into your language, then you continue the text in Luxembourgish!

  • Do this several times until you understand the text well!

  • Listen to the audio unconsciously as often as possible while doing all the daily tasks!

In all schools there are children who are closed in themselves, who always look sad. There is something eating away at them from the inside but they don't open up to the teacher or even to a therapist.

Now there is a therapy game that could help them open up and talk about their fears. With this game, children will have the opportunity to open up naturally.

This game is only available in German. Jens Voigt designed this game. Here is the translated description of this game:

Best wishes
Jens Voigt

Notepad: Mindmapping!

Follow these steps:

  • Play the game Speedolino Klassik!

  • Stand up and read the text along with the audio!

  • Do the exercises from the book!

Taking notes during a class or seminar is very important! It would be good if we were always ready to follow the teacher or speaker.
Thanks to Mindmapping our notes will always be structured and they will always be ready to visualize.

Here is the description:

The fifth edition - now with even more effective templates
The mind mappers among us are absolutely thrilled. No more preparation - start mind mapping immediately.
The template consists of a pre-printed mind map with 4 curved branches.
Oh, you have more topics? Just draw as many branches as you need.

Expert tip:
Don't create more than 8 branches, everything else will be confusing! It's best to create a second mind map on the next page.
The perforation allows you to remove your drawings easily and neatly.
From now on, you can easily take notes during every lecture, prepare a presentation as quickly as possible or conduct structured customer conversations on the phone with the appropriate notes. And you shouldn't go to school or university without your pad.

These pads are made of 120g paper - so pens don't press through and the paper is much more stable.

You use the left side for KAWA's, ABC lists, sketch notes or other forms of recording. You can create tables there, take notes or even draw another mind map.

Brilliant: Suitable for right- and left-handed people.

You can translate the webpage into your language. Then you can read the rules of the game. Here is the description of this educational game:

The dice in love
Learn numbers in love in a fun way
A dice game from the Academy for Learning Methods?
Oh yes, and one that has potential.

Every elementary school child should know “numbers in love”. They should know which pairs belong together to get a 10. 1+9; 2+8; 3+7; 4+6; 5+5.
Once you have got that firmly in your head, adding several numbers is much quicker. First you look for numbers in love, because adding a 10 to the rest is child's play.
You can't play this game with normal dice, because the 7, 8 and 9 are missing, but you can play with 10-sided dice.

Do some good!

Are you convinced like me that children should be taught learning methods from primary school onwards?

Did you know that you can also do a training course to learn learning methods yourself and how to teach them to others? I did it!

I only know one person who offers these training courses online. Unfortunately you will have to understand German because it is Jens Voigt, a German, the trainer!

Here is the description of his training:

AS A TRAINER, TAKE ADVANTAGE OF NEW PROFESSIONAL OPPORTUNITIES!

Do you want to become a successful trainer yourself and not miss the chance to impart knowledge yourself? You now have the opportunity to change your life today! You can open up new perspectives for yourself through the Learn2Learn trainer training, because you will soon leave the area in which trainers teach you something - you will become a trainer yourself, a learning coach!

Imagine this: Within 1-2 years you will be able to present more successfully yourself, and in the next few months you will be able to pass on the knowledge you have learned to children and adults - brain-friendly, better than many established teachers. You will give your professional perspective a new horizon. At the same time, you will offer your own personality the opportunity to develop further. The results of our training are so impressive that so-called weak students were able to recite the number PI to the 100th place and left the stage with a completely new self-confidence. You will achieve truly incredible educational success in the next two years, because we use an incredibly strong partner in our training methods: our brain. But in the way it wants to be used, namely in a way that is brain-friendly.

Take the opportunity today to start your training as a trainer and get yourself ready for the future challenges of our society, both professionally and privately. As we all know, the person who teaches learns the most.

HOW I BECAME A SUCCESSFUL TRAINER MYSELF
My experience comes from more than 36 years of work in the fields of research, education, coaching and training. During this time, I developed over 700 methods and products that make learning easier. For more than 36 years, I have successfully taught “learning to learn” to students, teachers, parents and anyone who wants to learn a lot. Even large companies such as health insurance companies and financial service providers are already benefiting from my seminars in the field of learning techniques. We have already been able to successfully guide many pupils and students through exams using easy-to-learn methods for memorizing, visualizing, calculating and presenting. I teach my participants the methods in workshops and seminars or in private coaching.
It would not be in our interest to keep my knowledge to myself. In order to sustainably improve the German educational landscape - and we have no other claim - we need many excellently trained trainers. So that you can also convey our learning systems, our learning methods and our know-how to other people, you now have the opportunity to start training to become a Learn2Learn trainer.

THESE COULD BE YOUR REASONS:
You will learn about and master the most modern learning methods currently on the education market.
As a trained and certified trainer, you can use the skills and knowledge you have acquired in individual and group coaching sessions, your own seminars, workshops, in the training of pupil coaches and in further training courses.
As a Learn2learn trainer in training, you can carry out your first coaching sessions after Module 2.
As a Learn2learn trainer, you are entitled to receive the products from the Academy for Learning Methods at a greatly reduced price and are also allowed to resell these products.
As a Learn2learn trainer, you receive a commission for recommending products from the Academy for Learning Methods.
As a Learn2learn trainer, you are in close contact with all other Learn2learn trainers at the Academy if you wish.
As a Learn2learn trainer, you will earn money with your own educational business in a short time, because you benefit from the intensive preparatory work of the Academy for Learning Methods, all without having to invest financially yourself.

DURATION:
The training lasts approx. 1-2 years
The lessons (mostly in the form of instructional videos) are available online every week.
Your weekly effort: We estimate 1-2 hours, then integration into everyday life.
A total of 3 seminar weekends (included in the price) The seminars are offered twice a year.

In addition, you will receive access to the online potential seminar, which you should complete before starting.

Use your body as a memory aid!

Follow these steps:

  • Play the Speedolino Klassik game!

  • Stand up and read the text along with the audio!

  • Do the exercises in the book!

I think you have understood that to memorize key words to something, the image or short movie that you invent must be funny, exaggerated, weird (impossible) and/or sexual. If you have one or more of these components incorporated in this movie, nothing will be forgotten!

Make a shopping list and use your body! For example: feet, knees, hips, stomach, chest, arms, neck, chin, mouth, nose, forehead, hair.

Now tie an item from your shopping list to a part of the body by imagining a movie!

For example: your shoes are made of toilet paper and it is not easy to walk with them because the paper tears all the time.
You hurt your knees. Against injuries there is nothing better than rubbing them with Nutella. But you have to put a very thick layer.
Etc..

The first part of the last lesson!

That's it! We have reached the last lesson of this course.

I hope you were inspired by the ideas and learning methods that I showed you during the lessons.
I hope even more that you stuck it out and followed my instructions well and that you now have a very good knowledge of the Luxembourgish language.

Wait! This is the first part of the last lesson. The second part will come.

We did it!

  • Play the Speedolino Klassik game!

  • Stand up and read the text along with the audio!

  • Do the exercises in the book!

You did it! You have acquired a good foundation in the Luxembourgish language and you have learned how to study and memorize all subjects in a more pleasant and brain-friendly way.

I hope I could help you succeed in your studies or facilitate your intellectual work.

You probably noticed that my course is not perfect. Maybe you did not do everything as I described. And that's good. Learning should be fun for you. And subconsciously you know how you learn the easiest. I have only shown you methods and tricks that you may not have known yet. Of the techniques I have shown you, use the ones that suit you best.

Maybe we'll see each other in another course?
